He holds a Master’s in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Educational Management from Kabul University.

Currently, at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Azizullah designs and implements workforce development solutions, significantly improving client employment outcomes. He has forged key partnerships with major industry players, enhancing employment opportunities for IRC clients. In his previous role as a Graduate Admission Assistant at Thunderbird, he guided prospective students through the admissions process, monitored applications, and engaged student leads through marketing campaigns, contributing to the school’s recruitment success. 

During his internship at the Mayor’s Office in Los Angeles, Azizullah researched the top 10 countries with the most international students, identifying opportunities for the city to increase its presence. As a Lecturer at Kabul Education University, he updated the educational administration and organizational behavior curriculum, contributing to the department’s academic advancement.
